  • We deliver across Bangladesh.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability, usually between 3–7 working days.

  • Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility, but we will do our best to assist.

5. Returns & Replacements

  • Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement.

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
